Penn State Abington students carry on the annual tradition of donating to the hungry though the Camp Out for Hunger. In their 10th year, they made their largest donation to date.
The Penn State Abington community donated almost four tons of food to the hungry, and a video of the event spread the word throughout the Penn State extended family.
The determination and energy of two groups of Penn State Abington students resulted in the donation of 6,675 pounds of food to a Philadelphia area hunger relief organization.
